Most Dangerous Cake Recipe in the World!

This recipe was sent to me via e-mail. I haven't tried it yet but if anyone has or does before I do, please let me know;-).

5 MINUTE CHOCOLATE MUG CAKE

4 TBS flour
4 TBS sugar
2 TBS cocoa
1 egg
3 TBS milk
3 TBS oil
3 TBS chocolate chips (optional)
A small splash of vanilla extract
1 large coffee mug (microwave safe)
Add dry ingredients to mug, and mix well. Add the egg and mix thoroughly.
Pour in the milk and oil and mix well.
Add the chocolate chips (if using) and vanilla extract, and mix again.
Put your mug in the microwave and cook for 3 minutes at 1000 watts. The cake will rise over the top of the mug, but don't be alarmed!Allow to cool a little, and tip out onto a plate if desired. Eat!

And why is this the most dangerous cake recipe in the world? Because now you are only 5 minutes away from chocolate cake at any time of the day or night;-).

{GASP!!} :-)

Oh my goodness, that chocolate cake looks delicious. I will be trying this recipe. An individual chocolate cake in 5 minutes any time I want it? Yep, that's my kind of recipe. ;-)

Just tried this and its OK...not great but not bad. My microwave is 1.5kW so I cooked it at 70% power and may have cooked it a little long - its a little rubbery. I guess I will have to keep trying it until I get it perfect! LOL!
Actually the best part about this recipe is that I have the William's Sonoma odd measuring spoon set that has a 2 TBSP and 1 1/2 TBSP so it makes doing the 4 and 3 TBSP measurements extremely easy.

Tina & Christine - i plan to try it at some point as well.

Lynn - ah no! do you think there's any redemption for the recipe? Like perhaps more of this, a little less of that, add some of this, etc?
